I know the feeling. When I first contemplated the prospect of doing Medifast, I examined our monthly budget to see if it was feesible. I divied out how much I would need and relegated the rest to my hubby to buy his own groceries with. When we added in how much we spent at restaurants, we actually found we could save money with Medifast! The only way we have managed though was by sticking to the budget and I order twice a month at pay day time. Just a thought!!!!

We found out we were saving money, too. Not only are we saving the "eating out" money, but my significant other is now making only "moderated meal" appropriate dinners (including a small amount of carbs for my daughter) and our meals are cheaper now, too!

Who'd a thunk it?
