Joan and Robin:

I am definately going to keep all of your "tips" in mind to keep me strong on this program....We can all use all of the support and advice we can get and journal journal journal.........I love my ready to drink shapes and keep them in fridge for quick fixes..no excuse having to shake and mix......

I have another wee question (yes I am from dublin, Ireland originally)I love my cup of Irish tea and must have milk in it not too much but enough to change the color a wee bit....is this ok.....I thought I had read somewhere that tea with milk was ok...how much???

I hate being a pest but you guys know a lot and it has paid off for you.. :cleader: :cleader: :cleader: :idontknow:

Yes, a bit of fat-free milk is allowed for coffee, so tea would be the same. I'd have to check on the amount, since I don't drink either.

Quick Start Guide says 1-2 tablespoons of skim milk.

You made my evening...Now I am going to enjoy a nice "spot" of tea with skim milk...this is a treat for me at nighttime.
