Stagnant?

I've been on the plan for 51 days WOOHOO!!!
The most difficult part I think, it the plataeu. That Mr. Scale, um.
Well when I stopped looking so much at the scale to determine my success, I realized the inches was giving me the benediction. My inches said, may the Lord watch, between me and thee, while we are absent, one from the other. AMEN!!!

This is quite typical.
I really don't know why ---but the inches and the scale don't always correlate. Sometimes the scale is moving right down but we don't feel it in our clothes and then other times the scale stays "stuck" but our clothes get toooo big. :D I think it's just our bodies adjusting.
Keep going.... you're doing great.

Congrats on the inches! I suffer from scale stall also, I feel ya!
