I read that the fast soups aren't meal replacements. So why does my chicken soup say Medifast Meals? The shakes say that too.

Hey Kido, I'm not sure of my info but, there are fast soups & there are meal replacement soups. Check the calories on the box if you're not sure. The meal replacement soup should be around 110 calories.

Chicken noodle soup, chicken and wild rice soup and creamy chicken soup are meal replacements. Hope this helps somewhat

Hi,
I bet you're getting it all figured out now. The fast soups are different than the other soups. They are Robust Tomato, Delicate Chicken and Savory Beef. They are kind of like bouillons. They are freebies on the program. May have 2 per day.

The fast soups, aka snacks, are also packaged differently. They are about half the size of the shake packet. That should help you tell the differance too if you are still confussed.
