I have been doing real good since I got back from California but at night I have been snacking. I can't even say that I am hungry either, I never snacked before just the last couple of days. Its driving me bonkers!!!!

My strategies, a pickle (or three :) ), hot tea with Splenda, a diet soda (cafffeine free like Diet Sunkist), or if I've been smart and saved it up my soy crisps.

Final strategy, I've been known to just go to bed to stop myself from eating.

Good luck!

I have only been on the program a few weeks but I sure know what you mean about snaking. I'm fine all day until I get home from work until supper. I crave something sweet and I want to crunch. A couple times I cheated and had that awesome tasting cookie, now I make a chocolate shake the second I walk in the door. That seems to cure my sweet need and I'm good til supper.

I had to ban the soy crisps. I found out they are a snacking trigger for me. For some reason I can't stop at one bag a day. Back to my beloved pickles.
