Thanks! The support from this crew is just amazing! Anybody ever have "get togethers" with folks in the same area?

The Arizona folks have had several get togethers. I have had one visit from a MF who visited DC and will get another one when Jolene visits in early June. I am so excited!

Down another 1.5 lbs! Well it wasn't a huge jump but after losing 0 on Tuesday, I'll take it. It sure beats going the other direction!

I'll just keep trucking along...I keep putting on things I haven't worn in a while and marveling at the change. One foot in front of the other....

I may try to see if we can get some of us Dallas/Ft Worth together. Anybody got an idea of how many there are in this group?

Where are you in Dallas? I used to live on McKinney Ave in Uptown before I moved in with my Mom again near Marsh Rd. and NW Highway.

Well, I live in DC now so it is far. But I do get homesick a lot so I love hearing from the DFW peeps! Were you born there? I was born at St. Paul's.

Oh yeah...I did read that about you. Quite a change from warm, friendly Texas I bet.

No, I wasn't born here. San Diego actually. I am a Navy brat so when someone asks where I am from I generally answer "the continental US". I have been in the Dallas area since 1975 though, and would consider it "home". I am much more of a Dallas-ite than anything else (occasionally big Dallas hair and all!).

I did! Thanks! Enjoyed watching eight English Setter puppies jockying for position on the "faucets". Hilarious! Those Cowboy cheerleaders are something else, aren't they.....if only I had their bodies!

I just finished my first week. Have to say that it is sooo encouraging to see you lost 20# your first month!

I'm an Army brat, so I used to always say "everywhere" when people asked where I was from. LOL

Did I read your stats right? You just finished your first week and lost 8.2 lbs???? If so, way to go chick!

Yup! You read'em right! I'm hoping to get btw 20 - 30# by the end of my first 5 week supply. I tried this 2 years ago for a brief time and lost 28 lbs the first month. Will have to see how MF works with this insulin resistant bod a second time around.

I was only kidding about the mini-plateau and graph. I don't know how long it has lasted but even thought 2-3 days FEELS like a plateau, I have been informed that is really isn't and perfectly normal. How long have you weighed the same?
