Okay, so after many months away, I am (gratefully) back!!
I gained back some of the weight while away, but not as much as i would have assumed. My new start weight yesterday morning was 242, and I was already down to 239 this morning (yay!!!!)! Unca, not sure what that means for the "club" mention, as my original start weight was 257 -- do we start over with our new weight or would I still be in the 10# club?
My friend just called me for lunch, so will write more this afternoon!

I went on, then promptly went "slightly off" (okay, okay, i went off) the known effective path ~ my new roomie's mother came into town and since i didn't want to offend her.... well, you know the excuses.
Anyway, back on board this week and trying to catch up on all the news -- WOW! so many new faces ~ I love it!
I weighed in this morning at 231! So from 257, I am now down 26 pounds! WOO HOOOOO! i love this program!
Will catch up with each of you on your journal pages ~
