Hi Sharon,

We haven't officially met yet, but I'm a newbie too and I'm really impressed by the commitment you show :D

I think it was really wise of you to take some time off work--way better to take it now than later when we're sick with diabetes or heart or joint problems from being overweight.

Anyway, just wanted to say well done and good luck for your bright future!

No I wish I was down in South Jersey. Closer to the Beach. Do you know where Phillipsburg is. I live in a town right next to it. But I am in Sales and my territory is NJ so I can be in South Jersey in the morning & then North Jersey in the afternoon. What part are you from. Or should I say what exit. HaHaHa

Hi, Sharon! Welcome to MF! Wow - shakes only - you are truly committed! I admire your courage! I have days I skip the L&G and just stick with MF food all day, but I don't think I've had an all shake day yet! I had a REALLY hard time getting all the water in at first. I've finally gotten to where I can get all 64 oz in during work (8-5), but I'm lucky there's a bathroom right next to my office! I've become a speed pee-er! I really look forward to Crystal Light or tea with Splenda after I get all that water down.

Wow I cant believe I havent been on here since Tues. But I had to go out of state my 96 year old grandm was in the hospital so I had to go be with her. She is home now and I got a home care nurse that goes to her house to check on her each day till she is back 100%.
I took all my shakes with me and stuck to them but did miss a few of them and I know 2 of the days I didnt drink anywhere near enough water. Worrying about grandma I kinda forgot about me. But things are better now and Im ready for roll call in the morning.
Katie Im near Atlantic City think like exit 38

Hi Sharon!

Just poppin in to say hello! I started shakin a week behind you. It's a whole new world, huh! I am also doing the potty marathon.

I only did the complete thing for 2 days. I had oatmeal for b-fast and chili for supper with soup for lunch. Then shakes the rest of the time. It worked out okay. I'm thinking about mixing my week around with 2 days complete and 5 days L&G.

I hear you on the tv ads. Ugh - amazing how much food they show in a 2 minute commercial break!

Have a great week & seeya around the boards!
Donna :)

Hi, Sharon.

Yes, it does get easier! But it's not always easy. It's more like it gets hard less often. You're doing great! You'll hit that 199 in no time!!
