Roll call Sunday January25

Postby Maggie » January 25th, 2004, 7:33 am

Well, here we are. Another week has passed and we are still going strong and picking up speed. Just for your information: Last week only 5 members posted a weight loss on the Roll Call post but just between those 5 we posted a 26.5 lb. loss. I think I will tally the total each week and add it to the current roll call so we can see some big totals. But we can't get big totals unless everyone is willing to post to the roll call.

This week was a slow down week for me I guess.
I lost 2 lbs. for a total of 41lbs. in 8 weeks. (Are you listening Unca)

Week 2

Postby Jims Chick » January 25th, 2004, 8:46 am

This was the end of week 2. I'm down 5 more for a total of 11.5 pounds in 2 weeks :kool: . I am really really happy that this is working so well for me and that I am having such an easy time following the program. I am vowing to move my scale to garage and only weigh on Saturdays. I have for the last two weeks weighed myself on a daily basis. Sometimes I go down and few pounds one day and up a couple the next. It ruins my day....and makes me......well....just not very nice  . I am addicted to my scale. Good news, looks like I've talked the hub into a treadmill!! More good things to come!!!

I had an initial rush in the first three days of medifasting- (6.5lbs) :D but it slowed during the rest of the week. :?

It's really good, though, that's there's a very definite weight loss the first week. It keeps you going during the rough times! :cleader:

So I have a loss of 2.5 lbs for the week, a total of 9 lbs in 9 days.

I'm on hold with weigh-ins since my new scale has me all messed up. I guess I'll have to hold on for four pounds again until I catch up to what I weighed 2 weeks ago on my old scale. I feel like I'm doing it for nothing now, since for this week I'm just losing the same numbers again.

january 25 Rollcall

Postby Jade » January 25th, 2004, 10:47 am

Hi everyone,
It's the beginning of my 13th day on Medifast. I've lost 11.5 lbs. I couldn't be happier. The scale has gone up and down for me too, but I still can't resist the morning weigh-in. :) Jade

It's day 12 for me. My 2nd week weigh-in is not until Wednesday 1/28/04. "Aunt Flo" is also visiting, so I cheated a couple of days ago because I usually have severe cravings during this time. I did get right back on track and am doing well now. My current weight is 213 lbs. so that is 11 lbs. so far. I know it would have been more if I hadn't cheated but my hormones got the best of me that night and I ate the "Skippy" superchunk peanutbutter! I'll post my official 2 week weigh-in on Wednesday. Plus "Aunt Flo" should be gone by then so I hope I see more weight loss from that also. Keep up the great work everyone!

Just completed my first week and 11.5 pounds. I now am getting myself ready for the slow down. I know that alot of my weight was water weight because I can tell that Medifast has brought my blood pressure down. A huge amount of swelling is gone, my rings are actually getting loose. :D

Sher:

YES you can warm up the shakes! Just mix it with cool water first, then slowly nuke it (I do a minute at first, then 30 second intervals until it is done to my satisfaction.)

Great job on your loss!
