Hi everyone I have a quick question

i have been doing MF for months now but dont no the answer to this one.

i usually do 5 MF things and my 1 lean and green

if i wanted to for a few days to do all MF meals and omit my lean and green do i still have 5 MF or do i have 6 MF things each day?

You're not supposed to do it without a doctor's OK, but you should have six a day if you don't have the lean and green.

I do all supplements occasionally when I just don't feel like cooking, but not more than once a week or so.

From what I read on this forum (by Nancy I believe) it is considered Medifast Complete which is 6 or 7 MF meals per day

Lean and green

Hi:..I am doing the full MF meaning no food except the MF supplements and I have 6 a day.....I save the lean and green when I must eat out with my family and is so much easier that explaining to people....I can then eat my allowed meat/chick/fish, vegetables or salad...

Like I am out with my girfriends every wednesday which is today and it is only my 3rd day back on MF...I will have 2 shakes before eating out with them and I am planning on having a grilled chicken salad, holding the salad dressing and the cheese on the salad...It works....Of course I wont eat all but a small portion and take home the remainer for my hubby....:O)
