Unca, please add me to the 20 pound club! I finally dropped 5 pounds after 2 very slow weeks with only a pound or so loss. Thanks!!

Yea Lara - 20 lbs is AWESOME! Sometimes those pounds come off slower than others -- but what counts is that they eventually come off. Take it day by day, meal by meal, and before you know it the scale cooperates.

How do your clothes feel? I'll bet you are fitting into things you haven't worn in awhile - take glory in that feeling on the days that you don't see pounds lost, that you are feeling inches lost.
