Thanks for the warm welcome! I am confident that this will work - I'm thinking it may be a slower process this time, as this dang age thingy really effects the metabolism. But slow and steady wins the race I reckon.

I have been using protein powder for years, so to me the shakes taste good. Actually haven't found anything yet to dislike (not that I am looking, mind you). If I had my druthers, I would just make the soup easier to make (sheesh talk about lazy, eh?)

OkI can't quite figure out how to post my pix under my name. I am sure someone out there can help me!

Hi gypsy and welcome. The really good thing about this program is that you don't have to eat any of the supplements that you don't like. I'm lazy, too. I haven't even tried the chili because I'm too lazy to fix it up, lol. The Chicken & Wild Rice soup is another story. It's yummy just nuked for 2 minutes. Just let it sit for a few minutes and eat. What could be easier. Find what you like and stick to it.
