I tracked your package and it said it was already in Florida so you should be getting it today. I hope the clothes aren't already too big for you!

Your item was processed and left our TAMPA, FL 33630 facility on October 27, 2007. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

What a day at work! I started the day off great, being able to wear regular Scrubs in size L (Not Plus Size). Christy gave them to me several years back and I held onto it hoping that I would one day fit them for a halloween costume. I dressed as a doctor and today people REALLY noticed that I was shrinking.

On the other hand, it was really hard not to give in and eat chocolate. I am a chocolate craving individual who has a hard time resisting Kit Kat, Snickers, Almond Joy, Pnut butter cups, and the list goes on.. I LOVE chocolate! I had to eat an extra chocolate pudding before my 3 hours because food was all around me (we also had a potluck) and I was craving it like crazy! Tonight Im taking the kids out... I WILL NOT GIVE IN!!!!!!!! (By the way, Sarah my 3 month old is a Banana and Zach my 3 year old is a Red Powere Ranger)

How is everyone else coping with all the great yummies around us during this time of year? Help!

My ma in law was ever so temping me all the time. I just don't get it. She always brought home fast food then offered it to me at least 4 times after I say no. ON the last day before we left LA she took me to an all you can eat seafood buffet for lunch and it was soooo awesome! I ate a lot! I didn't pick anything off program like breaded or with sugar. I ate lots of veggies but who knows what restaurants put in them! Sodium galore and questionable sauces....lo' and behold I didn't budge weight wise in either direction for my 7 day vacation. I am happy with myself though. If I had given myself permission to flat out cheat I would be sitting here beating myself up......

soooo...don't eat potluck and don't eat that candy! When trick ot treating with them, chew sugarfree gum. Have a buch of good flavors with you. I recommend the IceBreakers kind. maybe bring cinnamon soy chips.

Geli is going to be minnie mouse and I will be a cat and DH is that crazy guy from cady shack

So much happened since the last entry. First and formost, I cheated. Yup, all of the halloween goodies were really getting to me and one day last week I gave in. I paid for it on Thursday when I weighed in and only lost .5. At least I did not gain, bringing my total loss to 32 lbs in 8 weeks.

Im still wearing a size 16, havent dropped down another size yet, but hopefully will soon. Next goal, be in ONEderland by Jan 1st. That means 26 lbs more to go and I think I have 8 weeks left. I hope I can do it!

Weather is starting to get really nice in Florida. Its in the 70's all day and at night, I think it may even get in the low 60's. We had a garage sale today and I must say, perfect, perfect, perfect weather.

Oh and another thing, I have come to LOVE and LIVE for subway salads for my lean and green. A little vinigar with double chicken and veggies. Im in heaven! Its so great!

Really? I better try the salad next time I am out and about.

Hey, I asked for advise on The Weight Room about us FYI I told everyone there we are cheaters!

My dietitian said everyone cheats at some point but I am not sure about that! Look at Merry Mary! She lost all the weight so fast she was probably pretty perfect.

You can do this Steph! You will be in a winter Onederland!!!!

Congrats girl. Did you ask to be moved up in your club? i notice they still have you listed in the 20# club. If i was at 32# gone, i would be screamin it from the top of my keyboard. Unca or Mike would have no choice but to hear me! Good luck with staying away from those cheats. BTW, i gotta try the subway salads, everyone here is saying how GREAT they are!

My therapist said the same thing. Merry Mary has admitted she was not perfect and actually planned a little off program popcorn treat at the movies. So I guess perfection is a goal and one that people like Joleen were able to accompish. The rest of us have our off days. It is important to mention that some people had a few too many off days and POOF disappeared from the board. So it is definitely important to try your best to remain compliant.

I haven't herd from you via email or phone for a couple of days and that always makes me feel like something is up! Did you go to McDonalds again? :3head: I am going to ask your DH for the scoops! I have a spy in your house!

Okay tomorrow is the day! We are going to be perfect  . So remember to space out your meals, drink lots of water, measure your portions, and no bar as your last or first food. Hummmm only one snack. At least 10 min of vigorous exercise.

We can be totally perfect for one day! :stroll:

Steph,

Thank you so much for making me restart when you started the program. If you didn't I would be 175 at least right now because that's what I was pushing after visiting you in FL. I am finally seeing some cheekbone and clavicals and everything is getting better and it's all thanks to you re-inspiring me! :toast:

Oh, I had a NSV last week. I needed to twist my torso for some reason at the mall and I noticed how my shirt was not clinging to my stomach and hips but glided nicely with my chest/sholder area as I twisted. It was lovely!!! I was so happy about it. I continued to twist that day with a smile on my face :D I love it!

Here's us tomorrow!

Aloha Stephanie!

Welcome back on track! I am so happy you have returned to me!

Just learn from the experience, really remember how you felt and what you did and why, then move onward to the 40# club and a size 15!

Please journal ( I am going to be a nag about this!)
