How much water is too much? I drank over 200 ozs yesterday. Remember, before you get crazy with your answers, I walk four hours a day and live in Las Vegas Nevada. We had out last 100 degree day yesterday for 08. Thank GOD!!

I, personally, don't think you can have too much water - especially under your circumstances.

Wellll, you definitely can have too much - you can die from it, actually, but you'd have to drink a TON all at once.

Yeah, you can have 200 oz no problem... just if you notice any leg cramps or light headedness make sure to replenish electrolytes.

You would have to drink gallons in a short time to experience any major problems, but as Robin said... people have died from that.
