Well Silver Fox,
Smarti did it again and I have to thank her again too. I will be indebted for life. First she got me to try the program, then she got me to post the before and after pictures and then she got me to become a health adviser. Have been so busy getting this next phase started. I need to make her proud of me of she'll come after me with a big stick.

CONGRATULATIONS, RED! You have lost over 50 pounds since March. You are amazing...and now going on to become an HA! WOW!
SMARTI, I joined MF at the same time you did and you are 59 pounds down and we're closing in about the same to our goal!
You have done soooo good, I'm proud of you both!
And don't even think about using the 'skinny stick' on RED! Let me be the one!
