Hi All,

I know there's lots of web sites out there that list data on all types of foods, but this one seems to be very comprehensive - Nutritiondata dot com. It also lists fast foods. I hope this helps some folks!

Thank you sooo much for the heads up on the NutritionData website!! It is not only something to reference for now, but is a superb guide for maintenance and beyond that. Thanks, again!
