I lost 7lbs this week! That brings me to 20lbs in a month! I am soo excited! I set 20lbs for the month as my goal but after last weeks weigh-in..I thought I would be short! This morning the scale showed me down 7 big ones! I am so happy...and I want to thank each and everyone of you for all your great support! Have a great day!

PS..DeDe...watch out chicky...I'm catching up! ;)

Congrats, Denise! :cleader: I'm down 20 lbs. too as of this a.m., and I have 62 more to lose....so our goals and stats are very similar. :D I'm a slow loser this time around, so you'll probably pass me by, but that's ok---all I care about is hangin' on and finishing this race! :runner: :runner:
