Welcome, Amber!!!

You have made a wonderful and wise decision. And you have certainly had an awesome role model in Lisa!

I know many of us here who would have been blessed to find Medifast at your age and to have skipped all the weight related issues we have faced! But...you have done that and you have such a glowing, healthy and successful future to look forward to! There is nothing you can't do! This plan surely works...and Lisa is in your life to help and encourage.

So are we...you will find help and motivation here when you need it. Just chime in!

And...by the way, those of us who are older...I've read it many times here- "What's past is past"; we are re-making ourselves and the future just looks brighter and brighter with every water bottle! :)

Happy drinkin' and shakin'-
J

Woohooo! It's a family affair!!! You will be so thrilled with the success you have with medifast. Some days, it is hard but the hard days are well worth the future days of complete exhilaration you WILL experience at reaching your goals.

You can do this!!!

Shake It, Shake It!!!
Hugs,
Gina
