It always seems to come up in May that I want to lose some weight. I'm 17. I was doing very well losing weight a little over a year ago. I managed to go from 185 down to 142. I'm still at 142 but ultimately I'd like to be 125 (or fit into size 5 jeans, I'm currently about a 9). Anyway, just hoping this is a good support forum to keep me motivated, wanted to check it out... Thanks.

Hi Amanda and welcome to the forum,
This is basically a discussion about Medifast products, but you're more than welcome to stop in.

If you'd like to give a little outline of your typical diet and eating patterns, i'm sure some of us will give you our input.

We're always happy to see young people interested in their diet and health.
