Ok so two trips to Vegas and another cut back and work and off the wagon. :( Well my birthday is 3/27 and I simply refuse to be in this same pattern. So tomorrow is Monday or day one as I like to call it. I am not weighing myself bc this just messes with my mind. If I am down I tell myself the lie that I can eat what I want or wait one more day to really commit to my program. If I am up I am hysterical and want to just throw my hands in the air. So I am striving for my first goal which is to make it to my birthday on plan 100%. I hope someone else will join me. Mytime

Thank you !!! I was waffeling and called my BFF. She was the one who told me to do MF in the first place. This after I saw the MD and he said I should use MF and get the wt off. When I had a fit about "liquid diets" he told me 85% of people who lose wt gain it back - regardless of the program. MF has never let me down. That I have managed on my own. It feels nice to be starting to have some control again. Almost done with day 1. I know I will make it. I will let tomorrow take care of tommorow. I belong to spark people as well. Not sure anyone has tried this. I do not post there but I like that the EM you stuff everyday. Today they sent something about remembering that bad time will pass. I need to remember that. I used to tell myself that what I ate would not change how I feel. I need to remember that now. Food is food - not magic. Medifast is magic one day at a time. Thank you for your support it means more than you know. Mytime.

Thanks so much guys. I have made it six LONG days of 100% compliant on the full fast. I can't say it has been easy, but I feel better already. I just have to remember to take it one day and yes even one shake at a time. With Medi-fast all things are possible. YEAH. WE CAN DO THIS. Mytime
