Unca's right (of course :D ) , I see the loss in your tummy, your neck and face are slimmer, too. It is showing and you are right (everyone is right today!) the next 30# is going to be a huge difference.

Mickey, there are differences, and you look great! I love the pose. You look a lot slimmer in the tummy area, I like the hair and face - nice new avatar!

Wowee! Congrats on minus 30. I agree with Unca - definately flatter midsection!! :D

LOL @ Biki at being lumpier. Isn't it amazing how differently we all wear the poundage.

Absolutely STUNNING! It helps that the ensemble, especially the blouse, is gorgeous but you really look fantastic. If I saw you somewhere I wouldn't think you needed to lose any weight. Great pose too, I often use it. When you put one foot back and slightly push one hip forward you look much leaner (not that you needed it.) It's like the Miss America swimsuit pose. Did you use to model or do pageants? You have such poise I could see that being possible.

Mickey,

You look stunning. I love the outfit.....where did you get the top?

It's funny how we tell ourselves that a few pounds don't make a difference, eh?

Thank you for positive comments! That was taken on my 55th birthday. Last year on my birthday I felt so awful about the way I looked. Next year I'll be happily in maintenance!

As for the top, I only shop sales now that I am going through clothes so fast. I got this one at Penny's! They also had a beautiful purple color.

Yes Biki, when I was young I did pagents. Then the whole womens lib thing happened (not a bad thing) and I burned my bra and stopped the pagents (much to my mother's horror!). I now treat my beloved bras with TLC and would never harm one!
