2 questions.

Are we allowed to marinade chicken before we put it on the grill? What is the limit on that? Is it counted as a condiment? Any suggestions on this would be great.

And I was reading some old posts (page 3 on LC) and I have to ask, what is Molly McCheese and where can I buy it?

I have never seen Molly McCheese but from what I have read it is a powder, cheese flavored I guess.

Rather than marinade chicken I used Mrs. Dash as a rub. Just a thought.

As for the marinade, keep the carb value as low as possible. Soaking it in high sugar terriyaki woud be a no-no.

As for the Moly McCheese, there is a line of products that originated with Molly McButter. Its low calories substitutes. Now they have Molly McCheese as well.
