My Medifast shipment came today and it was exciting! I couldn't believe that there was so much good food. In fact I can't wait to start on my new eating program tomorrow.
Andy, my husband, is so supportive. He rearranged all the shelves and fixed the different boxes of food where it will be very easy for me to select what ever I will need to eat for the day.
I've tried many diets and lost the most on Weight Watchers, but that was 40 years ago that I reached my goal weight and I haven't been able to do that since. I love Medifast because I don't have to worry about going to the grocery or how I should balance the meals.

Hi! Welcome! So I guess since you posted yesterday that you were starting "tomorrow"... today is your first day! How's it going? I'm new to this too (I started Monday), so I know the first few days can be hard, but I found that - and i find this amazing! - everytime I have a craving or think about cheating, it just happens to be the time I need to take my next shake! So I take the shake and completely forget about cheating or cravings! As long as I take my shakes around 2 1/2 hours, I never get to the 3rd-hour "a little taste of this other thing won't hurt" thoughts. Weird, huh? So, anyway... just remember to take them every 2-3 hours and that will reeeeeally help.
What products did you get? I only got shakes (orange & strawberry), cuz I thought it would make it simpler, but I am already getting tired of them. I'm thinking about replacing 2 of the shakes a day with 1 oatmeal (blueberry sounds good) and 1 soup (tomato maybe?). Have you tried those? What do you think of them?

Hi everybody! I kept thinking I could lose weight on my own, but after trying for 7 months decided I needed some help. Medifast is the quickest and fastest way to get back on track. Thanks Lizabette for all your help and encouragement all these months. Marilu

Her computer went haywire, and tomorrow she plans to take it in for repair...
