Wow! Here I am full circle! I started 9/9/05 and lost 58 lbs in 9 weeks!
Then the holidays happened, and I cheated. Cheating = defeated in my stupid, obese brain, and so I quit. Sure I tried for a while, but there was always this nagging little person on my shoulder telling me, it's OK to have a little this or a little that!
I have a pantry full of medifast products from a restart about a year ago.
Here I go again!!!!!!!!

Hi Judy and welcome back. You know how difficult it is to restart once you've gone off program so you'll be more diligent this time and will keep your eyes forward, your goal in the front of your mind and you will make it this time!!

Welcome back. When I started again I wasn't sure I could do it so I ate expired food for the first three weeks. I realize that's a no-no but I had to make sure I was committed because the time before I lasted about 2-3 weeks. If I had purchased even more food and failed my husband would have never forgiven me. (He is a penny-pincher-even monitors my use of toilet paper.) I suppose I could have sold it on EBAY but my focus was losing weight not quiting a again. I look forward to getting to know you.
