Little operator lady

Does anyone else miss her in the "live help" box? I do, even though she looks NOTHING like the person who answers when you click there (well, maybe a little :lol: ).

You saying I'm not as cute as the operator lady?....:)

I changed that link to the new chatroom so the image changed.
Should I put her back up?

I read in a post that there was chat. But mine says "live help" and "offline."

see unca? i told you that would deter people! Robin, it seems to say offline a lot of time. Just click it anyway, at anytime and you can see who's online by scrolling down (under the login box).

Oh, see, it's not even the offline that deterred me so much as that it says "live help." That, to me, doesn't mean chatting with other members, it means help with ordering or Web issues or something.

I think the live help was Unca when he was on.

I think the idea of letting people know when someone is chatting is a cool idea, but maybe not show as Live Help as that does mislead. Maybe Live Chat or something. 8)

I agree with everybody should say : "CHAT ROOM" and maybe a list of who is in the room!
