I hope someone had enough purple sparkly yarn to make me a helmet hair hat for Christmas. I think it would look cute now. The person it was on was just "less than average" and was intentionally trying to be so with those "Ugly Betty" glasses. 8) When it comes to dark frames, there is a fine line between chic, trying too hard to be chic, nerdy, intentionally nerdy so ironically chic, etc. one has to be very careful. Now Jolene's are just chic.

I WANT PRETTY SOCKS (coach style)(just kidding)
So woke up today really tired. I have no reason why. I have been compliant. I just feel like I am not losing. I still do not have the scale. Hubby still will not give it to me. I asked for it yesterday and he basically said <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_2_37.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D23%252F23_2_37/image.gif"> I am going through Ketosis strips so quickly.

Hey suzy really no reward for myself. When I get to onderland, watch out Macy's there is going to be one crazy woman in there.

23 days until my sister is coming with her kids. And then my brothers son is flying up here on the same day. He is going to stay with us for 3 weeks. He is so excited. He is the oldest of 3 kids. And sometimes My brother forgets that he is just a 9 year old. He is going to have a blast at our house. Last year we went to my fathers House in Myrtle Beach and my brother brought my nephew there for a week so Matthew could have some one to play with. My nephew had a blast.

Well here goes to another day of compliance :)

Katie - I would too be going through scale withdrawls - but I have to ask a question...is it helping with keeping compliant? I step on the scale too much - at least twice while I am getting ready in the morning and several times at night...ugh!!

Biki - I see you are changing your mind and might be up to my dare regarding the hair. I bet any money you would start a new trend in D.C. and we all on this site can sit back laughing as to how the trend was started. And I do think purple sparkly hair would look cute on you. You definitely could carry that look and get away with it looking stylish. Go for it!!

I'm willing. I think I would look cute with a knitted helmet head of hair.

3.4# down Yay.

So it was this exact weight that I cheated on about 1 month ago. And Today I am going to my girlfriends daughters confirmation. So this is the first time I am really going to somebody's house which is going to have a lot of food. (everything i love). I am just really nervous about my actions this afternoon. I just really would like to be in the one's before my birthday. 16 days.

Alright so here is a question for the Lady's. This week I have been in a really dark Ketosis. I have been noticing that my deodorant is not working great. Could this be because I am burning fat. Because I have to put it on every 2 hours. It is not that I am sweating, my underarms smell. :? Any one else have this problem. This has never happened before. Or am I just crazy :nana: Degree use to have a deodorant for women. It was called womans sports. But I can not find it anymore. Any suggestions.

ummm, not any more smell than usual.
You think it's the fat burning?
That would be kinda cool
actually I go in cycles where smell, to me, is an issue. I say to me cause I think we only really do smell it. I like the old Secret right now.
:redhead: o my what a post eh?

Congrats Katie on the weight loss. I have no clue about the deordorant thing and if ketosis plays a role in that...however, I have had to change the brand I use because I notices a while back that mine didn't seem to be working to well and I had used it for years....so.....interesting. I wonder if anybody else has something to add to his mystery.....people??

Hmmmm, I read this and thought 'no...haven't experienced that' but when I just read it again--it does seem that I noticed the other day that I had skipped putting on my deoderant (don't have a problem with heavy perspiration so I can easily skip days without noticing--or anyone else noticing. ;) ). For me to notice that I needed to put some on was a big surprise...so I guess there is a bit of a change in my body also.

Hey Katie - where are you?? I hope all is well. Do you know I am still having deordorant problems? I keep switching back and forth everyday between two different brands...oh bother.

Hey everyone,
I know it has been a long time. It has been pretty hectic in my house hold. 2 weeks ago my son fractured his foot in Baseball. Then my husband went to the doctors and he has really high blood pressure, and on one arm it is numb. So he is really nervous. He does have tendonidous.( I think I spelled that right) probably not. Now In my house I have my sister and her 2 kids up and then my other nephew flew up from atlanta(9) Then my father comes up on Wednesday. So I will have quite a bit of people in the house.

On the food front not good. Thats all I have to say about that. I always gain that 10# back and then I will rediet again. Hey that is better then just eating for the whole summer. I wish I could just stick it out for the summer. It is just really hard. I LOVE FOOD.................... I know this is the wrong attitude, But if I could just stay at the same weight or just 5# up I will be okay with that. Then come September I know i could do this to the end. I know that is a excuse but i know myself.

Well anyways How is everone. Way to go Biks, And T and suzy And Nickie and hb.

Jo I am so jeoulous of you right now getting a new kitchen. Mine is so 70's. My father keeps yelling at me for not doing the kitchen first. But John and I are both chefs and when we do out kitchen it is going to be very expensive. So we decided to wait until next year.

Well thats all for now.
