Oh yes! I have a cup every morning! If you want a little variety, you can add a little DaVinci's sugarfree hazelnut syrup or another sugarfree flavor. Yummy!

How does this happen? ;)

I have two rows of SF syrups.... Torani Orange, Strawberry, English Toffee, Caramel, Chocolate, and Hazelnut. Then I found some DaVinci and another brand at TJMaxx: Tirmisu, Kahlua, Butter Toffee, Caramel, Vanilla Macadamia, and White Chocolate (which is my new favorite).

I add them to shakes, oatmeals, coffee, and of coarse, the Hot Cocoa. Yumm. :eat:

Sniff, I don't think the cocoa is approved for diabetics but I could heat up my chocolate shake I guess...My husband has cocoa as a nightly ritual, maybe I can join in-I am always looking for things we can do as a couple  .

I love the stuff!! And bought a case last month when it was on sale. I have one in the morning and mix it with coffee (mix cocoa as usual, then add 1 cup brewed coffee or 1 cup water with instant coffee & heat)!

My roommate makes coffee, so I prefer it with brewed, but when i'm out the door before he is, instant works great! YUM!

I have been really enjoying it so I will be ordering more of it this week along with the peach oatmeal. OMG I had a bowl of that 2 nights ago before bed and I ate every bite of it and wish I had more. LOL! I am not an oatmeal person but this peach oatmeal is GOOD! So this will also be ordered! :)

I love every single oatmeal! I have stated this before but it is probably the only Medifast product I would eat if I had never been on the diet. Convenient and so delicious.

Hmmmm,
I think you could mix a chocolate shake cold and then warm it up in the microwave or on the stove That way our diabetic friends could join us with their own special "brand" of hot cocoa. I know I have warmed up the vanilla shake and then added things like pumpkin pie spice or rum extract .. etc. It makes a great warm drink .. I don't know why the chocolate wouldn't work as well. Just don't mix the chocolate shake with hot water.. you'll have horrible lumps which are not at all delicious :?

That sounds like a good idea there. I know I shake my cocoa in the magic bullet before I heat it up in the microwave, I get two coffee cups of the good stuff when I am done mixing & heating it up. So When I dont share with my DH I have all of it to myself and it is so good. I am going to try it with some carmel DS and see how it tastes with it. I am sure it will be good.
