Donna, the puppies are due in about...... 6 weeks.

Sorry to hear about your yuckies! I am trying to avoid the flu that is going around in our area. From what I have heard it is a nasty one!

Hope your doing better Hols. This must be the worst year for illnesses, everyone's sick! I spent the weekend with a sick grandbaby myself. Hope your husband is doing better too.

holy schnikies I felt like #@!$, for too long. Dh is back at work today so he must be mending,he's kind of quiet about sickness.

ahh spinning, havent done it for a bit. For newbies, crank it down to the lowest and sit in the back of the class. I still sit in the back, cause Im not real crazy about 30+ people seeing my bum move.

ok, I think it's back in the saddle for us here farmers. dang, that is nasty stuff :shock:

Going to open all the doors today and flush out the bugs.

I really have not ate much on plan nor anything specific for over a week. So it's back on for me.
