Here I Am Again

Postby jene115 » February 17th, 2008, 11:02 am

Hi everyone. I've been "away" for almost two years and even when I was here then, I wasn't really "here." I started Atkins and lost 12 pounds, but find I just don't want to cook all the time and I don't want to eat as much as you need to to keep it up. I decided to do Medifast again, but I can't order it until the end of the month. It's been so long, I barely remember being it on before, I just know I need "easy" in my life and I find MediFast is both easy and healthy.

There's so many new products it's a little confusing!

Hello

Postby jene115 » February 17th, 2008, 8:35 pm

Thanks everyone. I'm looking forward to being able to place my order and getting started. I'm still debating whether to do the total program or the 5&1. I think it wll be easier for me to do the 5&1 at work and just bring lunch everyday, but on the weekends, I tend to not want to oook. I need a follow up with my doc anyway so I will see if it's okay for me to do the "fast." My medical issues are over now and the BP is back in the normal range.

Thanks guys! I want to place my order today, I'm getting impatient! Can I set up my order now and list a day I want it shipped? If I remember right, they don't charge your card until it's shipped, right? I'm SO ready to get this party started! :toast:

Hi Jene, as soon as I lost 10lbs my blood pressure came down some and my Dr. was so happy, as far as your order call or email Bonnie or Nancy or if you remember your health advisor and they will guide you and ask about any specials.

Thanks, Nancy was my health advisor before and I called her last week, she called me back, but we never got to speak. I just e-mailed her with my questions about BeSlim.

I've been on a low carb diet and my BP went down also. I hope to get and keep it in the normal range of 115/70, which is optimal now, not 120/80.

Nancy is definitely available. If ya don't hear back from her in an hour or two, then try another call. She will definitely get to ya.
