here i go again

Hello all you wonderful medifasters. Just wanted to come in and let you know how wonderful this place is and how supportive everyone is of one another. I've done this before and it worked, I lost 30 pounds and then started to feel comfortable and gained it all back, plus a few extra pounds. I know what I did wrong, and I'm here to do this again. I need all your support. I've seen so many of you reach your gaol, and some of you fall and get back on. Me on the other hand fell and got ran over. LOL. But I'm ready to get back on. I restarted on Monday Jan 29 at 255 and today i'm at 248. I'm very happy with this who wouldn't be? Hope to get your support one more time PLEASE.

Your not alone Yum! There are quite a few of us re-starters here. I kinda did the same thing...lost 28#, got comfortable and there she blew. Welcome back and we're going to do it this time.
