Hello to the 60's

Okay...I know Im the one who isnt supposed to weigh..or let the numbers count as much as my "clothes feel"...but today, my best friend called from Georgia...and she wanted to know what my loss was so far..so she Talked me into hopping on the scale!!

Hello 160's!! goodbye 170's forever!! :-P :-P I weighed in at 167...havent seen the 60's in a while!! :-P :-P

I wont get on the scale again for a while...but boy oh boy...was it great to see that little red dial go OUT OF THE 170's!!

My shakes taste the best they EVER HAVE TODAY!! ;)
