Hi PinkPrincess,

The great thing is you came back!! Don't you feel better already? I too have lost 4 pounds in my first 6 days - some people lose more but hey, 4 pounds is a terrific start.

Good news: you did it once and you know you can do it again

I was very impressed to read you lost 50 pounds in 9 weeks - wow. (I want to lose 55 total but I have a feeling it will take longer than that). How much do you want to lose?

I want to lose a total of 82 lbs. which will put me at 5'5 & 130 lbs. I haven't weighed that since I was in middle school ! I can't wait! And I just found out that my best friend is getting married in September on the Beach! I am soo excited to introduce the new me. I haven't told anyone i am dieting so it should be a pleasant surprise :)

welcome back.

I too have had problems in the past when people start noticing my weight loss. you would think it would be a good thing, but it seems to psych me out.

Don't let it psych you out missykalo, there is no way people can NOT notice the weightloss while you are on this program. Take the compliments and enjoy it. People are noticing the new healthier you. You will feel great anyway, and let the comments be an encouragement to keep you going!

Good luck and keep on shaking!

Try not to let it psych you out when people notice, just thank them kindly and smile. It sure beats being asked "when you're due?" and the baby was born thirty years ago.
