Long time no see ... huh???

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I've been off MF for quite some time now; however, I have been able to maintain my loss secondary to an extreme low carb diet and some exercise. I just went through another job switch and am now living in the Mountain Standard Time Zone. My husband and I are extremely happy with our new lifestyle. Finally got the type of job that I was looking for ... Director of Inpatient Medical & ICU at a wonderful facility in a smaller community (I was in Cleveland). Still want to drop another 50 lbs but unsure as to how I'll do it. Just wanted to say "hey" to everyone and that I haven't forgotten about you guys.

I haven't decided yet. When we moved, my husband threw out all my MF stuff and it is very expensive to replace. Since I've been able to maintain my weight, I'm thinking maybe I could just kick up the exercise or drop my calories a little. Still don't know yet.

Thanks, Joan. Who'da thunk a few months ago (when I didn't get my dream job) that my real dream job was just around the corner. I love, love, love, my new job and my boss and my staff. Life is good!!!
