Hello everybody

Hi,
I have sort of lurked on this forum on and off since I started Medifast, in Feb. Anyway, it has been such a help and inspiration to me, I thought I needed to learn how to post and say Hi! I have lost 43 pounds as of today. Most of the weight has come off much slower than what I read you all achieve, but I am so happy with my loss.
Anyway thanks!!! I like it here.

What a fantastic welcome. Thanks to all of you. I am very glad to be here. I love Medifast and it has done so much for me besides weight loss. My cholesterol is so good my doctor was jumping up and down!
I hope I can be as encouraging to someone else as you all have been for me. Thank you so much.

Hi hawklady. Great job on the loss you have achieved. You are doing great. I can't wait until I can have that much loss. I am new to this whole forum thing myself. (Still want to learn how everyone puts those nifty little animated characters that I don't see in the emoticon list.)

Everyone here is such a inspiration. :-P
Going to restart Jun 2009, been gone since after surgery Oct06. Can't wait !
