Hello to all!

I wanted to say I have been browsing the boards for a few days now and finally got up the courage to post! I started MF on Thursday and so far, so good! I have found this weekend to be the big test for me as my husband and kiddos were home and it was not easy to pass up eating meals with them. During the week when everyone is at work or school it has been much easier to deal with my packets knowing that we would all sit down together at night for my L&G meal. I keep telling myself it will get better soon. Not sure how do a cool ticker like some of you have but here goes my stats -- 230beginning (February 15th), now 226.6, goal 140. Any advice or support would be appreciated -- I will be here everyday!

Hi there and Welcome,
It will get easier... it's a matter of changing habits. Takes a bit of work at first but does become routine eventually. Keep your goal in mind.. that helps alot. You'll be able to eat together ( just make healthy choices) again one day. Remember to be very very compliant on program, drink allll that water and eat all your meals. That way you'll be parting with the pounds in the safest and quickest manner possible. Keep posting... we'll be checking on you.

As for the weight tracking tickers, at each ticker there is a name dot com that you'll see, if you go to one of those sites then you can make yourself a ticker. Once you have your ticker made, it will give you a code to insert in your signature area. I know these are sketchy instructions, but I'm hoping it will get you started towards figuring it out.

To do the ticker, you will need to create a profile. We would love to have you join us on a regular basis. Please sign up for the board and you will have all of the features and be able to do your own ticker.

Thanks for all of the encouragement! One more day down -- it is getting easier! I actually am looking forward to the week so I can get more structured again. I will be graduating in December of this year with my Elem. Ed. degree and hope to have the majority of my weight gone by the time I am job hunting. I will be checking in on Sundays from now on and can't wait to get to know you all. Have a good week.

P.S. Thanks for all of the help -- I figured out a ticker! :)
