got up late--

HI! got up late, didnt have 1st drink till11am. will run out of day. should I do a couple at 2 hour intervals to catch up a bit? usually having my second drink at the time I had the first one. nancy

When I am short on time I will space out the packs at 2 hours and I haven't seen any bad results from it.

Just have your shakes closer together to fit them all in - you are doing great!!!

NANCY--

Most days I have my shakes every 2 hours apart in the a.m. and 3 hours apart in the p.m. The main thing is getting them all in.. keep up the good work.. Martha
