Thank you for sharing your pics.......it is always so inspiring to see what others have done........it really encourages me to stick with it. Someday I will be able to post "HOLY CRAP" shots of myself.

Okay...so is my husband HOT or what?? hehe

I am so proud of him! He has stuck to it like a champ. Holdays came and went, he held strong, family get togethers aren't even a temptaion for him anymore. My brothers have always been smaller than Tony and now he weighs less then all of them. They are blown away. They even try to tell him that he has lost enough and GO AHEAD and have that piece of CAKE....but he won't have any of that.

His whole outlook on food has changed, this is my husband who I married at 240 pounds, the FOODIE....we went out to dinner all the time and gained a good 100 pounds together! Where is that man?!?!? lol He is gone. And wow, do I have a "looker" for a boyfriend now.

Tony was in my shop before I went on Maternity leave and this one client was there that knows Tony and has seen him often. She didn't say hello to him, so I put my hand on his shoulder and said..."Betsy, you remember Tony, right?" She said, Tony?!?!?! I thought that was just a client of yours....!! We were both laughing, she was shocked....how fun that must be for him!

All I can say, is that you are a changed person honey and I am so very proud of you! Love you!

Lucy....Well my strategy is and has always been to stick to the PLAN. As always the saying is "work the plan and the plan WILL work for you!!" That means as I say, don't be a grazer...don't think that you can have a nibble of this or a nibble of that because it turns into, I will just have a couple of fries and that in turn makes you say, I will get back on tomorrow. That is the hardest thing you can do is go off and try and get back on! If you see a move downward in the scale that should make you want to work that much harder to get more off, it doesn't give you permission to go blow it for a meal it isn't worth it!....hopefully that will answer some questions people have!

You know it is such a blessing to have a wife that is so supportive! Even through my 3 goal changes! :lol:

I told the wife I needed to pull my speedos out, but she wouldn't let me and I figured unca wouldn't like it either! LOL

So when do we get to see some before shots of you big ron?!? get to posting them!! We all want to see your progress!! You are doing so well right now!! Keep it up!

I can't believe I haven't gotten on here yet to say congratulations! You look amazing and I know how proud you must be - and obviously we know how proud your wife is! I think it is so great that there are couples on here who have gotten healthy together. You are setting a great example for your children by doing this, even though they may be too young to really know what's happened to you - you've shown determination, love for yourself and your family, and so much intelligence and strength for making the right choices time and time again. You are an inspiration!
