GMT timezone?

Postby jump4joy » April 11th, 2006, 9:33 pm

Hi, I didn't know WHAT GMT timezone was until I googled it....Greenwich Mean Time. So how the heck do I figure out what my time zone is (MST) in reference to GMT. I'd like to set my profile timezone correctly.

Thanks!

Hi JJ and welcome to the forum,
Well, I'm on pacific time here and -7 GMT makes mine read right.
So you "should" be one hour either way of that. Probably -6 GMT.

Give that a try and then do a test post in the web room to see if your post time matches your local time.

Yes, it would be -6 because we're -5 here on the east coast. ;)
