This is the begining of my 4th week I was hoping I would have lost more weight then 5.9 pounds. I see all the people on here with the large losses and I am getting discouraged. I am giving it a few more weeks hopefully I will see better results. :x

Ginger, there could be a million reasons why you haven't lost more weight yet. Of course, one of them will be 'just because' but it might be something else. If you'll post a few of your daily menus - including snack and water intake - we might be able to assist you in pointing something out.

OWTO is right, Ginger. Give us a little more info on your food/supplement/water intake and i'm sure that something can be figured out. Although 5.9# may not seem like alot, you HAVE lost something. Let us know EXACTLY what you are doing. Maybe not enough supplements, not enough water actual carb count is increased due to your L&G's or snacks. Have you remained FULLY compliant? Sometimes we may think a small nibble won't hurt us. In actuality, whatever that nibble may be, it just might be enough to kick us outta ketosis and stall the losses. There is a wealth of plan knowledge here, take advantage of it. Good luck.

Hey friend, just checking in on you. I hope things are going well for you. We have talked about getting in all the required water in several threads lately, and I think it is important to mention it here as well.

You will see results! It is physically impossible to follow the program 100% and not see weight loss. I promise!! Stick to it and let us know if you need help.
