My first day

Hi there! This is my first day on the MF diet. I've always been a thin person but when the hot flashes started.............so did the weight. Everytime I have one I gain ten pounds . Anyway, my starting weight is 183 lbs. and my goal weight is 125 lbs. That's my pre-hot flash weight. So wish me luck and good luck to all of you out there.
