First day on MF and I already have a question

Hi! I have a few questions. Can i have 5 of anything that came in my package and then a lean and green meal? And too limit myself one bar a day right? And can i space my meals 2 hours apart? Cause i go to bed pretty early

Hello and Welcome

You can choose any 5 Medifast supplements and you get 1 lean & green meal a day too. You are right about the bars. You can only have 1 a day. Eat every 2 - 3 hours. So if 2 hours is for you that should be fine.

Just want to add one more thing - first supplement should be eaten within an hour of waking up. I have found if I do this I have no problem fitting all 5 in . . .

Just remember, when making the bar 1 of your 5 supplements, it should NOT be eaten as the first or last meal. Hope we have all answered your question! Good luck...

Yay, Adriana!!! First day!! Go, girl, go!

Not as a regular course of action, but as an emergency, you can double up and have 2 shakes if you have one of those crazy days when you just can't eat on time.

Don't make a habit of it. If you're faced with only getting 4 meal replacements in or doubling up on the last one, double up so you can make sure you don't short change your body calorically (sp?)

And if you can stand a bit more advice, carry an extra bar and maybe a couple of packets with you, in case of emergency.
