Well my move is complete and things are mostly settled so I am finally back. I am sad to say that my Medifast journey fell to the wayside while we were moving. It is time to recommit and get the rest of this weight off for good now though!
I want to say an over all welcome to all the new people on the forum and it seems like there is a lot of you guys! I also want to say congratulations to all who have hit milestones while I was gone but a SPECIAL congratulations to Dogma and Drama Queen who reached goal, you guys are such an inspiration.
To all of you who know me I really need you to break out the whips and make sure that I stay in line for a while.
To anyone who thinks oh I can come off for a week and then get right back on please think long and hard before trying it cause I can now speak from experience in saying that it is definately easier said than done!
I will not be weighing for about a month cause honestly I am afraid to step on the scale but the good news is that all my clothes are still fitting the same so I imagine any damage done is not too severe and I know I was holding steady not to long ago when I weighed.
Well I am off to clean out the fridge and prepare for my new day one!

Welcome back, Lisa!! I hope the move went OK.
We'll get the whips if you need them, but it sounds like you're already getting back on track. And if your clothes are still fitting, I see that as a promising sign. If you were able to maintain while not on program, you should do great on maintenance when you're through.
