Fathers Day

Postby katieb920 » May 31st, 2007, 6:23 am

So what should I get for my Father. He is 68 and haves everything. He lives in Myrtle Beach Loves to fish and loves to play golf. Last year I sent him Cherries (healthy) He loves cherries. But I am fresh out of ideas. Does not need ties Needs no golf equipment or fishing equipment
Any ideas would be great

Those mail order steaks - Oklahoma something or other. We do a gift swap at Christmas - had we picked names a bit sooner I would gotten that for my uncle.
Start date: 2-05-07

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.

Hi Katie, My father is the same as yours and wants for nothing. He does like to play golf so I thought about getting him a few gift certificates from his favorite golf courses. Hope this helps. DonnaS

How about a book? If he loves to golf and fish he must love to read??

Feel grateful that I had my father as long as I did and he is no longer suffering.

I think its Omaha Steaks (www DOT omahasteaks DOT com) ;)

The book idea is good too, perhaps a golfing book 8)

Maybe a free round of golf....

Does he read and have the internet? A gift certificate to Amazon dot com would be fun.....they have books, magazine subscriptions and just about anything else that a person could want.

so i googled fathers day gifts and www dot cherrymoonfarms dot com came up. He loves Cherries. I am getting him 5#'s deliverred to him. When I tell you he loves them HE REALLY LOVES THEM. He will call me and tell me when the first of the season starts. He's retired. You got to love him. He also gets mad at how expensive they can be. :D So i think this would be a good gift. Healthy
