Well I didnt do as well as I wouls have liked while in Pierre but I didnt gain and I am back on track. I did stay away from the pool hall grub, but a friend bought burgers and after forgetting my food in the hotel room, I had to eat something. I waited as long as I could but my boyfriends team kept winning so that was good for them, not as good for me. The team took 2nd in the B class, was a good weekend :)

I am really sick today so I dont know how good I will do, I tend not to eat when I am sick...Other then that I am still doing good, I will weigh tomorrow morning and report in, hopefully with a loss.

Hi Elke! So sorry you are sick. I hope you will start to feel better real soon. I know what it's like to not want to eat when you feel bad. I have a cold right now myself and my appetite is null, but i did manage to drink 2 shakes so far..so we'll see how the rest of the day goes.

I finally felt ok enought to weigh myself this morning, I am down another 2, makes just over 3 so far, concidering I got my monthly visitor, I will take any loss :)

I can't understand all you people with no appetite when you're sick. I've yet to encounter a single situation or emotion that didn't have me reaching for food. :roll:

I'm glad you're up and at 'em again - and any loss is a good one, keep on rolling!!!

I feel obsesed with the scale, I weigh myself every day... :x I remember doing this before but never with this much passion, what is wrong with me? This has been a good week so far as far as staying on plan, I feel great, the scale is moving down and I am looking forward to reporting in on Sunday. I just hope it continues to go well...

I do the same thing with weighing myself every day - in some ways it makes me feel more accountable, but in some ways I feel like it isnt smart because one day's failure and really mess with my moods.

Oh well, good luck losing!
