I didn't doo all MF yesterday. A friend came into town and I ended up at Outback. I had a legal L & G. I am doing full MF today and tomorrow, just to see if I can jumpstart myself out of this plateau. I'm still sad about it but not too worried! I'm suffering from weather-induced depression right now. The valley of the sun isn't so sunny today! DeDe

My dearest sweet friend DEDE,
Here's to the end of your plateau. Image

Thanks Silver Fox!

I'm keeping my chin up and not crying about this plateau like I did the last couple of two. I know it's a staring contest between me and my body and I'm pretty good at it. I'll wait it out. I didn't get fat overnight, I won't get thin overnight. I know I'm on the right path and all will be good on either my schedule or my body's schedule. Either way I'll get there.

Dede,

I heard somewhere recently that Phoenix has 300 days of sunshine/year. I think you're in the right place, lol. In PA, about every other day is gloomy......quit yer whinin' (j/k ;) )

DeDe...I like your positive attitude too! You're a great role model! I'm the same way with gloomy weather too. It effects my mood. I live in P.A. too but I live on the complete opposite side of P.A. than Jo does, (NorthEastern). I'm glad it's usually sunny and warm lately on this side of P.A., but it's finally supposed to start getting cold next week. I find it amazing since moving from a small state (N.J.) to a big state like P.A., when I watch the weather every morning, how depending on what part of the state and geographical location (valleys/mountains/etc.) that the weather is completely different in the same state. Jo....... I love your "maintaining" ribbon on your posts! DeDe hang in there! You will definitely reach your goal! :D

Thanks guys!

I'll quit my whining, I just notice a marked change in my mood when the sun's not out. That's why I live here! I'll get over it!

I was j/k re: the whining. And I totally agree with you about how the sun effects our moods. That's why I ask myself every day why I don't live where there's more of it.

I know Jo, I just feel like a big wussie because I'm complaining, "this is one of the 6 days a year the sun's not out here and it's 48 degrees." Give me a break, I'm so spoiled!

Hi

Postby dede4wd » January 15th, 2007, 4:37 pm

Well, I had L & G's all weekend, so I'm trying all MF meals today and tomorrow to see if I can shake free of this plateau. I might up it to 7 MF meals though. I haven't weighed since Friday, but I'm trying all kinds of things to shake up my system.

If the plateau hasn't broken by Wednesday, I SWEAR I'm going to Taco Bell...just kidding, I'm just making idle threats again! I'm trying to stay positive since I haven't weighed and won't until tomorrow, but I'm TIRED of this plateau! I know I can beat it, but I'm DEFINITELY getting whiney (no, not as whiney as my first plateau, remember that Jo?)!
