I'm so thrilled!! I just completed day 11 OP yesterday knowing I was close to 10 pounds but figured i'd need another day or so to get there. And then BOOM I was down another 1.2 this morning for a loss of 10.2 pounds in my first 11 days!! :woohoo:

Hey, I'd be OVER THE MOON to lose a pound a day, hee hee!!! :boing: :boing:

Thanks for letting me share!!!

Congratzzzzzzzzzz...Proud of you!!!!

Gotta just love this program huh.Seems if you just have the will to stick with it the lbs. just melt away.

I lost like 8.5 the in the first few days ...now I have been the exact same number for the past 5 days. This happend to me the last time I started Medifast and lasted 10 days .Then the scale started moving and I don't think I had another stand still for a few months.
Maybe I shouldn't weigh in everyday ,but I love getting up in the morning and getting the kids off to school...then hopping on scale to see my daily results.
Does that sound familar to anyone else????

Kriss: We are almost identical!! LOL Our starting weights are the same - I was .4 higher though - and your goal is at the top of my BMI - I'm aiming for halfway into my BMI weight.

Also, check out my journal, I am a total daily weigher and unlike others, I change my ticker! LOL I claim every ounce, every pound, every day! It keeps me motivated and gives me something to celebrate every day - - even if that is just staying OP!! 8)

Similar to you, I had a few ounces drop here and there and then TOM came and BAM I gained a pound - ugg! But, I have been POP (perfectly OP) so I knew it would come off! I track my daily losses in a spreadsheet - here's what I look like (BTW: I've been on plan since the 4th and have 4 days on you but only a 1.5 pound loss greater than you so, naturally, I think you're rockin! LOL)

5-Oct -3
6-Oct -2.4
7-Oct -0.08
8-Oct -0.02
9-Oct 1
10-Oct -2.1
11-Oct -0.2
12-Oct -0.2
13-Oct -1.4
14-Oct -0.6
15-Oct -1.2

Let's keep on truckin! I look forward to going into transition and maintenance with ya!!!

Whoo Hoo!!!!!! :yippee:

What a great way to come back to MF.
Don't you just love MF clubs, move into one, and already have sights on the next club.

Keep up the great job.
