Hi everyone,

DAY 7 DOWN 8 LBS :cleader:

Thanks so much for being here. I don't always post things but I read everything. Sometimes by the time I'm done reading it's all been said. I just wanted let you all know how I'm doing and that I appreciate all that is posted. It does inspire me to stick with my plan.



Made a correction I am on day 7 not day 6

Thanks to all of you. I am doing so much better today. I am going to do one day at a time, sometimes it's one shake at a time. But I know now that I will make it to goal. My experiance now is that the longer you go the easier it seems, of course I am only on day 8 ;)
