Day two

Postby Elke » May 18th, 2006, 4:47 pm

Ok so after reading how I am suppose to do it...I am doing it right! Today I pretty much did the same but I had my bar on my last break at work which is about 3 pm. I am also writting everything down..ie what I eat and what time I eat it. I am drinking plenty of water....way plenty!
Today was good except I noticed that I had to go pee more ofter than normal. Other than that I feel great!

Hi

Hi Elke,
Glad you're doing so well and that you don't seem to be suffereing as much as some of us did during those first dreaded four days!

As for the peeing...why do you think Lisa calls herself "princess pee a lot?" It levels off after a while and isn't quite as...urgent as it is in the beginning!

You're doing GREAT! Will you be able to join us for one of the get togethers over the next week?

Hi, Elke, and welcome!!

I'm glad you're feeling great! My first 4 days were ROUGH!!

Dayna's got a pretty funny story about being stopped in a traffic jam on I-5 in the Weight Room (I think that's where it is).

I agree with Vicki -- the beginner's TSFL exercise program. Also designed to test (and perhaps quicken) the reflexes!

Hey there!! Good for you. No headaches, hunger?? WOW! I need to start writing stuff down. It is after midnight now, and I have not had all of my supplements. I just get busy and don't take the time. I think writing it down would help me with my accountability.
