Colon Cleanse

I'm not really having bowel movements on this diet... should I try a colon cleanse?

That or stool softeners or Laxative if you are not allergic to them(long story)..I now have a thing called Colon Spa and it does the trick..Martha

Every now and then i will take a fiber drink. It's not the colon cleanse brand but something similar. I've tried the colon cleanse, but it was too harsh on my system. It's just a generic brand of metamucel.

Drink more water...

Medifast Oatmeal is helpful for some people. Metamucil...
