Chicken with Wild Rice Soup

Has anyone had a problem with this product lately? I really liked it last year, but this year it seems that every packet I open only has the hard stuff in it...nothing to make it brothy at all. Absolutely no powder. Did they change the formula or something?

Cindy,
The box I have has a 04/08 expiration date and is nothing like you described. It has the ingredients that change to broth.

Me thinks you got a bad batch ... :?

I will check the expiration....but I think I just got a bad batch.

Call the company and they will have you send it back for a new box. Sounds like the little machine that puts the powder in missed a few. :mrgreen:

This unfortunately happens from time to time, but anytime I have had an underfilled packet or an incorrect product, they are always wonderful about correcting their error.

I was going to suggest adding a bouillon cube in there to avoid all the "travel arrangements."

I doubt that would compensate for the missing nutritional properties ... I'm sure the shipping is covered by MF anyway.

The same thing happened to a friend of ours regarding the beef stew. Brian's right -- the company really is all about customer service and go as far as possible to make things right. If you have a problem, contact your Health Advisor and s/he can advocate for you, too.
